At Heritage Garden Lodges, we aim to make your delivery experience straightforward and stress-free. For added reassurance, we offer free returns if you change your mind within 14 days of delivery, provided the goods remain unopened and unused.

Once your log cabin order has been placed, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. While we may be able to offer an estimated time window, please note that delays can occasionally occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. When placing your order, please check the stated lead time carefully and ensure all delivery address details are entered correctly.

Our premium lodges are delivered by a third-party courier using a 26-tonne HIAB vehicle or similar. So it will need to be able to get to the front of your house. The vehicle is equipped with an onboard crane positioned behind the cab. If there are any access limitations for a vehicle of this size, it is important to notify us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Crane reach can vary depending on ground levels, gradients, and nearby obstructions. For this reason, deliveries are made on a kerbside basis, and we cannot guarantee placement beyond this point.

The driver will unload the log cabin using the crane and position it as close to your preferred location as safely possible, most commonly on a driveway. Requests to lift over fences, gates, or similar obstacles can often be accommodated, and the driver will assist where conditions allow.

Should you decide after delivery that Heritage Garden Lodges is not right for you, simply ensure the goods remain unopened and contact our customer service team within 14 days to arrange a return.
